Tomas Hartvig is originally from Denmark but eight years ago his company gave him the opportunity to work remotely, so he traded the cold winters in Copenhagen for the sunny south of Spain. Life was good in España, but Tomas needed to see more of the world, so he decided to pursue a passion project – building his own campervan. Today he lives in that van full-time, traveling around Europe with his partner and pup, and working full-time from his mobile office. Tomas proves you don’t have to choose between a career and adventure – he’s thriving professionally on this journey – representing major brands such as EA Sports while simultaneously launching The Van Code, a company, app, and book, focused on helping others live the vanlife.
